How often should I test?

When will I receive my results?
Most results are available within 3 business days after your sample is received by our laboratory. You will receive an email notification when your report is ready to view in your secure online portal.
Are the tests analyzed by a certified laboratory?
Yes. All samples are processed by our own CLIA-certified laboratory using validated testing methods. No intermediaries, no third-party processing.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. You can pause or skip your membership up to 3 months; or you can cancel at any time, no questions asked.
What if my result is abnormal?
ALYX provides educational insights to help you better understand your results and the role each biomarker plays in overall health. We can help explain what a biomarker measures and provide general wellness information, but ALYX is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding medical concerns or abnormal results.
Can I test more than one biomarker?
Absolutely. Your membership includes one biomarker each month, but you can add any additional biomarker for just $29 each.
Also, certain tests also offer comprehensive profile upgrades for $39, giving you an even more complete picture of your health.
